Job Description

We're looking for motivated STMS, TMO and TTM professionals to join our Southland team and support a range of traffic management and civil projects. These roles offer steady hours ALL YEAR ROUND, outdoor work and the chance to be part of a reliable crew delivering essential services across the region.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Setting up and managing traffic control systems
  • Monitoring work zones and keeping sites safe
  • Supporting civil crews with day‑to‑day operations
  • Working outdoors in all conditions
  • Taking on overtime as required

    What You Need:
  • A minimum Class 1 licence
  • Current STMS and/or TMO certification (for those roles)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliability and willingness to work outdoors
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions
