Job Description
2.1 Responsible for the cleaning, disinfection and order of the F&B areas.
2.2 Responsible for cleaning, maintenance and distribution of all materials that belong to
the F&B department.
2.3 Responsible for the order, stocks and supply transfers from the storage house.
2.4 Work with employees working on all shifts in order to distribute duties.
2.5 Actively take part in all operations and ensure that operations are carried out
seamlessly.
2.6 Monitor the buffet preparation equipment and hand them over to the buffet attendant
fully functional
2.7 Assist his/her seniors and assume the full responsibility of the department in their
absence.
2.8 Control the entry/exit and break hours of employees.
2.9 Control the washing cycle of the dishwasher to ensure that the proper cycle is used
and correct it, if necessary.
