Steward - Part Time (Swing Shift)

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically support, actively promote, and demonstrate superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
• Provide impeccable guest service to all guests.
• Clean up spilled food, drink, and broken dishes, and remove empty bottles and trash.
• Clean food, dishes, trays, and silverware from kitchens and supply departments.
• Follow all health and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist cooks and servers as needed.
• Scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, pans, trays and wash by hand or in a dishwashing machine.
• Maintain adequate supplies of items such as clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, and trays.
• Sweep and mop floor in area as needed.
• Refill soap and paper towels as needed.
