Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sterile Processing Technician to support a fast-paced dental/healthcare environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring instruments are properly sterilized, organized, and ready for use while maintaining strict compliance with safety and infection control standards.
Key Responsibilities
+ Clean, sanitize, and sterilize dental and medical instruments
+ Maintain accurate logs of sterilization cycles and spore testing
+ Track instruments through the sterilization process using electronic systems
+ Ensure all sterilization areas remain clean, organized, and compliant
+ Monitor inventory and maintain supply levels for daily operations
+ Support providers by fulfilling instrument and equipment requests
+ Identify and report equipment or process issues to leadership
+ Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and general operational support
