STEM Lead

Contract type: Full Time (37.5 hours) – Fixed Term (25/09/2026) Location: Aberdeen, Aberdeen International Study Centre Salary:  up to £ 42,318.00  per annum JOB OVERVIEW The Head of STEM will provide the leadership and vision to deliver excellent student outcomes; quality assurance and enhancement that is in keeping with the OES requirements and in line with the Quality Code; and curriculum innovation which embeds strong collaborative working with both the University and the network.

You will be responsible for leading and supporting your academic team.

Reporting to the Head of Curriculum and Progression, you will work closely with senior colleagues within and outside of ISC Aberdeen and be accountable for the delivery of contractually required progression rates to the University.
