Lead and inspire as the Assistant Campus Manager with Adult & Teen Challenge of Central Canada in Steinbach, MB. This role focuses on program excellence and staff empowerment in a faith-based environment.
As an Assistant Campus Manager, you will support program delivery and cultivate a spiritually rich atmosphere for clients in recovery. Your key responsibilities include staff oversight and stabilization of operations, always ensuring a safe and Christ-centric environment for transformative healing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster unity and accountability among campus staff
• Manage daily program delivery and client progress
• Provide coverage during staff absences
• Support health and safety compliance
• Coordinate aftercare services for program participants
Requirements:
• Leadership experience in addiction recovery or ministry
• Relevant diploma or degree needed
• Current First Aid and safe food handling certifications
