Steelman

The Steelman is responsible for cutting, bending, assembling, and installing reinforcing steel bars (rebars) and other structural steel components according to engineering plans and project specifications. The role involves interpreting construction drawings, measuring and preparing steel materials, tying and securing rebars, and ensuring that all installations meet quality and safety standards. The Steelman works closely with engineers, supervisors, and construction personnel to complete projects efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.



Qualifications:

At least High School Graduate or Vocational Graduate.

With experience as a Steelman, Rebar Installer, or in steel fabrication and installation.

Able to read and interpret construction drawings and rebar schedules.

Skilled in cutting, bending, measuring, and tying reinforcing steel bars.

Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor.
