About the Role
Drive business development across Kenya, identifying lucrative opportunities in the steel sector, with focus on HRC, CRC, GI, PPGI etc.
Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and technical consultation through contract negotiation, closing, and long-term account management.
Analyze Kenyan market dynamics, import regulations, competitor positioning, and regional demand patterns to develop localized sales strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance) to navigate Kenyan customs processes and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Cultivate strategic partnerships with existing clients while aggressively expanding market share to exceed ambitious sales targets.
Represent the company at major Kenyan trade events and industry associations to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
English can be used as working language.
