**Description**
**We are hiring for a Stationary Engineer position at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK!**
**Candidates with mechanical, boiler, electrical, and plumbing experience in a previous healthcare facility are encouraged to apply.**
**Position is full time, 1.0 FTE, Variable shift, and this position must be able to work primarily Nights and Weekends; 40 hours per week.**
**The team runs 3 shifts: Days 7am-3:30pm, Evenings 3pm-11:30pm, Nights 11pm-7:30am. Per the union contract, Evening, Night, and Weekend shifts have premium pay differentials.**
The Stationary Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, inspection and performance of maintenance and repair of the physical plant equipment and systems.
