A. Position: Station Service Representative B. Job Description/Responsibilities:Your expected pay rate is $22.00/hour. Actual pay rate will be determined based on individual’s skills, experience and other relevant qualifications. Employee working night shifts will receive a higher hourly rate (additional $3.00/hour) plus overtime at an enhanced rate.

Provide passenger service support, including assisting with booking changes and updates, and guiding passengers on required travel documents while ensuring compliance with travel regulations;

Handle passenger inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, offering effective and timely resolutions to enhance customer experience;

Oversee and support the daily operations of airport ground handling agents, ensuring procedures are properly followed and services are delivered efficiently;
