Job Description

The Station Manager is responsible for the direct supervision and coordination of daily fuel station operations under the guidance of management. The position ensures effective forecourt operations, supervision and evaluation of Forecourt Service Crew (FSC), compliance with company policies, DOLE labor standards, and Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS). The Station Supervisor implements approved procedures, supports operational efficiency, and ensures safe and quality service delivery.
