Static creative designer

Creative Designer (E-commerce Ads | AI + Static Creatives)
We are looking for a full-time Creative Designer to join our team and produce high-performing static ad creatives for e-commerce brands.
This role is focused on creating a large volume of conversion-driven ads using AI tools, customer avatars, and proven direct-response design frameworks.
Responsibilities:

• Create static ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, and other paid platforms

• Use AI tools to generate and enhance ad creatives

• Work with customer avatars and brand guidelines provided by clients

• Design creatives focused on conversions (not just aesthetics)

• Produce a high volume of ads weekly

• Continuously improve creatives based on performance feedback
Requirements:

• Proven experience designing e-commerce ad creatives

• Strong understanding of direct-response advertising
