About the Role


Reporting to the Director, Aged Care QLD in this newly created role, you will provide a full range of coordination, communication, administrative and project support enabling them to ensure efficient state-wide operations. This is a permanent full time position located anywhere in QLD with flexibility to work from home.


Key Responsibilities



  • Provide timely and effective diary management

  • Prepare high quality documents (reports, letters, submissions etc)

  • Develop communications including emails on behalf of Manager

  • Arrange travel and accommodation

  • Undertake reconciliation of monthly expenses for Manager and team

  • Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings

  • Coordinate and collate operational reporting, including provision of overview, analysis, and insights
