Job Description
A highly organized Startup Generalist who can bring structure, momentum, and clear communication across a busy, multi-department environment. This role requires someone proactive, detail-driven, and capable of managing many moving parts while also providing executive support with strong judgment and follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day activity across sales, installation, purchasing, service, vendors, and leadership; ensure details are tracked and jobs move forward smoothly.
- Maintain an operations dashboard that centralizes schedules, service issues, vendor updates, priorities, and job statuses.
- Support customer and franchise communication by triaging messages, responding when appropriate, and ensuring follow-through.
