Job Description
The Assistant Manager of Commercial Management is responsible for supporting operations and client services in managing contractual and commercial aspects of the business. This position ensures that contracts and all other agreements governing the account will enable operations to work effectively and meet revenue, profit and business growth goals.
II. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Scope of Work:
1. End-to-end Contracts Management
a. Supports the implementation of the contract management process of the account.
b. Reviews new contracts, variations and all other agreements governing the account.
c. Coordinates with external and internal stakeholders (client services, operations, finance and legal) in contract negotiations to ensure the timely execution of an agreement.
d. Keeps contracts schedule in view, ensuring variations reviews are started prior to contract expiration.
