About the role
This is a full-time position located in Bacoor City Cavite. As a Business Intelligence Developer I at Teleperformance, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision making across the organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports using business intelligence tools
- Gather and analyse business requirements to design effective data solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into actionable insights
- Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Continuously optimise and enhance existing business intelligence systems
- Provide support and training to end-users on the utilisation of business intelligence tools and reports
