Role Purpose :
The Regional Lead – Standardization & Operational Excellence is responsible for driving Lean transformation, process standardization, and continuous improvement across Maersk Contract Logistics (MCL) customer warehousing, cold storage, and distribution operations within the assigned region.
This role will act as a change agent , embedding Lean Six Sigma, Industrial Engineering, and performance management rigor into daily operations to improve safety, productivity, cost efficiency, service levels, and customer experience , while ensuring strong alignment with global MCL standardization frameworks .
