Job Description
The Standard Container Program Manager is responsible for all standard packaging for new model launches and mid-cycle actions. This position is also responsible for overseeing container fill and standard container improvements for their respective plants.
The program manager is responsible for:
Managing and supporting Tier 1 project management services who work as liaisons between the suppliers and Stellantis on packaging design, development and delivery of standard containers to the supply base Maintaining packaging launch KPIs Validating 198/092 requests for reimbursement of expendable packaging Interacting and engaging with cross-functional teams (Product, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, Supply Base, Safety, Quality, etc.) to ensure packaging meets the requirements of each functional group Ensuring that the highest densities possible are reached while maintaining part quality in transit
