• Senior Standard Cell Library Characterization Engineer (PrimeLib - Applications Engineering team)
• Location: Bangalore
• Experience: 4+yrs to 10yrs
• Experienced in standard cell characterization and basic concepts of timing (NLDM, CCST, CCSN), power (NLPM, CCSP), noise (CCSN), LVF, AOCV/POCV methodologies.
• Possesses solid background in Spice simulations (HSPICE, FineSim and industry standard simulators) with ability to create and work with spice decks and netlists.
• Exercises independent judgment in selecting methods and techniques to obtain solutions.
