Job Description
Staffinity is currently seeking a Standalone Controller for a well-established, mid-sized insulation company. This is a critical, permanent role for a financial leader who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. You will initially manage the full cycle of accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll, with the long-term goal of stabilizing the department and potentially hiring an assistant as the company continues to scale.
Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and professional designation (CPA preferred). Candidates with extensive Jonas Software experience will be considered at the top end of the range.
Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage all day-to-day financial operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger maintenance.
