Job Description

OVERVIEW

The position is to run production on Stamping machines, achieving set line target, awareness on quality, knowledge on troubleshooting minor issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieving the set line Target.
  • Knowing the stamping machine and stamping machine controls.
  • Troubleshooting on the defects and correcting the machine
  • Setting and changing over on the machine for part number to another part number
  • Reading drawing and understanding the quality requirements
  • Knowledge of end product use and safety requirement of the product
  • Should be knowledgeable on triggering the critical spares parts
  • Work with Manufacturing Engineers on process improvements
  • Awareness of Quality targets.
  • 5S+1 (Sort, Set, Shine, Shine, Standardize and Sustain) and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
