Job Description

Your Contribution:

As Stamping Engineer you will lead and optimize component stamping processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with automotive industry standards. Act as a technical reference within the area, driving continuous improvement and the implementation of new technologies.

  • Analysis and optimization of stamping processes.

  • Definition of process parameters and quality validation.

  • Failure analysis and troubleshooting.

  • Preparation of technical documentation and reports.

  • Participation in MPS, 5S, audits, and performance reviews.

  • Implementation and monitoring of Statistical Process Control (SPC).

  • Monitoring and validation of preventive and corrective maintenance of stamping dies.

  • Training of technical personnel related to the stamping area.
