This role ensures efficient, accurate, and high-quality hiring to meet project and capacity demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with managers to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions.

  • Facilitate interviews, screens, and candidate qualification assessments.

  • Manage and maintain candidate records within the CRM throughout the hiring lifecycle.
