As a Staffing Specialist, you are the connection point between job seekers, client companies, and the workforce solutions that help businesses succeed. You'll recruit and place candidates, build relationships with clients and employees, and help ensure positions are filled with the right person at the right time.This role blends recruiting, customer service, sales support, and problem-solving. One minute you may be interviewing a candidate or reviewing applications. The next, you're helping an employee with a payroll question, coordinating a placement with a client, or working to fill an urgent staffing need.
