You will be the
reliability and risk owner
for contracts, payroll, and labor compliance with
Spain as the technical core
of operations.

The Role

You run the operational engine of our Iberia staffing business:

• End-to-end worker lifecycle and contracts
• Payroll control, validation, and approval
• Labor compliance (CBAs, TGSS, SEPE, CASIA, Mutua, PRL)
• Audits, inspections, and complex cases
• Operational readiness for invoicing and margins

You operate autonomously, think ahead, flag risks early, and keep operations stable under pressure.
