What To Expect

Serve as part of the Vehicle Dynamics Engineering team to objectively characterize submission tires, generate timely reports with detailed analysis of Ride, Steering, Handling, and NVH to precisely guide the development process. You will be working closely with subjective attribute evaluators to combine subjective impressions with objective data to help derive a candidate that balances all attributes. Responsibilities involve close cross‑functional relationships between multiple departments such as Chassis, Vehicle Modelling, Range, and NVH. Work closely with modelling and chassis teams to specify tire targets at the beginning of each vehicle program to deliver on all attribute targets.
