Job Summary
Ensure continuous availability and reliability of factory systems (MES, Automation, SPC, to support 24/7 manufacturing operations. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system-related issues impacting production lines and factory users. Develop strong knowledge of MES architecture, workflows, and integration with other manufacturing systems (automation, ERP, warehouse systems and etc). Act as the primary escalation point for system outages or performance degradation, coordinate resolution with internal teams and external vendors. Collaborate with global development teams on project initiation, testing, and implementation. Work closely with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and engineering teams to implement system upgrades, patches, and improvements.
