Staff Systems Analyst

Job Summary

• Ensure continuous availability and reliability of factory systems (MES, Automation, SPC, etc.) to support 24/7 manufacturing operations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system-related issues impacting production lines and factory users.
• Develop strong knowledge of MES architecture, workflows, and integration with other manufacturing systems (automation, ERP, warehouse systems and etc).
• Act as the primary escalation point for system outages or performance degradation, coordinate resolution with internal teams and external vendors.
• Collaborate with global development teams on project initiation, testing, and implementation.
• Work closely with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and engineering teams to implement system upgrades, patches, and improvements.
• Monitor system performance, identify optimization opportunities, and mitigate risks proactively.
