Staff / Sr Staff / Principal GaN Technology Developement Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Transfer and develop GaN power technologies.
2. Work together with unit process development experts to define process requirements and to optimize process modules.
3. Set up new process of records and take ownership for the complete process flow (process integration).
4. Plan, execute and evaluate development experiments by using Design of Experiment technique.
5. Ensure fast and secure development lot delivery within project time-line.
6. Support the production team in ramp up phase of new technologies.
7. Define and evaluate process control monitor structures and data.

Job Requirements:

• University degree (master or above) in electrical engineering, microelectronics, physics or other relevant studies.
• 3-5+ years of experience in semiconductor technologies, for example unit process development, technology development, process integration or fab production.
