Staff Software Engineer – International Card Tech (Full‑stack) – Toronto, Ontario

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a dynamic team throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Act as a tech‑lead developer, owning technical design and development of cross‑functional, multi‑platform, fault‑tolerant application systems.
• Utilize programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, Angular/TypeScript, Python, React, or Go along with open‑source RDBMS and NoSQL databases and a variety of AWS tools and services.
• Continuously improve the software engineering developer experience by identifying gaps in existing internal frameworks and tools, and contributing to improvements.
• Establish engineering best practices, including code review standards, and ensure they are consistently met.
