We are seeking an experienced Team Lead – Full Stack Development with around 10 years of hands-on expertise in building modern, scalable applications using Angular and Spring Boot. In this role, you will lead a team of full-stack developers, providing technical direction, mentoring, and ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with product goals. You will work closely with product owners, architects, and cross‑functional partners to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. The role involves full‑stack development, performance optimization, and adherence to engineering best practices across SDLC, Agile, CI/CD, and secure coding. Experience in mobile app development (Android/iOS or hybrid frameworks) is a strong advantage. Exposure to GIS technologies such as ArcGIS, OpenLayers, or GeoServer is also beneficial.
