Staff Software Engineer, Content Experience

Overview

The Content Experience Staff Software Engineer will define the software architecture and lead the design and implementation of Wellframe’s clinical content management platform. This capability is essential to provide an order of magnitude productivity improvement for our Clinical Content team and to enable Wellframe’s continued growth to support new customers and markets. The Staff Software Engineer will serve as the Technical Lead of the Content Experience engineering team, working closely with the Clinical Content team, engineering manager, product managers, designers, and the other engineers on the team. Success in this role will require leadership of broad architectural work that unlocks new capabilities for the business, strong software design and implementation skills, the ability to reduce the complexity of projects, and effective mentorship to develop the engineering team.
