Staff Recruiter
to join our call center team in
Barranquilla, Colombia
. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of
one year of recruiting experience
and be
fully bilingual in English and Spanish
.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for call center positions
• Validate, vet, and onboard new employees
• Maintain accurate and organized employee and candidate records
• Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or staffing
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing and organizing employee data
