Job Opening: Staff Recruiter – Call Center (Onsite)
Location: Barranquilla, Colombia
We are seeking an experienced Staff Recruiter to join our call center team in Barranquilla, Colombia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of recruiting experience and be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for call center positions
Validate, vet, and onboard new employees
Maintain accurate and organized employee and candidate records
Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or staffing
Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience managing and organizing employee data
This is an onsite position based in Barranquilla, Colombia.
