Job Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Aerospace and Defence Project Management team. Reporting to a Portfolio Manager, the Staff Project Manager will have primary responsibility for delivery of a series of large, complex Product Development Projects within one of ADM’s Business Units. The position holder will drive the successful performance of multiple high profile/value projects following defined methods and processes to achieve commercial and efficiency targets set by the business. Responsible for mentoring junior PjMs, establishing standards, and driving strategic initiatives across multiple projects.
