This role offers the opportunity to contribute to new process development, continuous process improvement, new product introduction (NPI), scrap reduction, cycle-time improvement, and operational support within a state-of-the-art semiconductor fabrication facility based at our Caswell site.

Technology Areas

Dry & Wet Etching

Develop, optimise, and maintain dry and wet etch processes for III-V semiconductor and photonic devices. Support plasma and wet chemical etch processes to achieve target etch profiles, selectivity, uniformity, and process repeatability. Drive process improvements, yield enhancement, defect reduction, and technology transfer from development into manufacturing.
