Job Description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Duration: 8–13 weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Setting: Home Infusion Pharmacy

What You’ll Do:

Assist with and verify sterile compounding completed by technicians in a cleanroom
Ensure compliance with USP <797> and USP <800> standards
Provide clinical consultations and patient support
Maintain safe, accurate, and efficient pharmacy operations

Qualifications:

Active Michigan Pharmacist License in good standing
Home infusion pharmacy experience
Sterile compounding experience (home infusion background strongly preferred)
