Blackheath Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre in South East London is an established provider of specialist inpatient rehabilitation for individuals with an acquired brain injury or other complex neurological condition. We are committed to ensuring our residents feel safe, happy and empowered.

What you’ll be working:

37.63 hours per week, on a rota basis

• Protecting and supporting the health of individual patients / residents
• Assessment of care and health education needs
• Development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care including discharge planning for each patient...
