Job description

· To Ensure the regularity and punctuality and follow uniform policy of the organization.· Proper Handing & Taking over at the end of duty shift. (In case of lost or damage of any medical or office equipment, instrument, gadget, and hospital furniture, inform shift supervisor immediately in writing for incident reporting and keep unit administrator in copy).· To be competent in the use of HMIS and electronic que management system, ensuring that data is entered in an accurate and timely manner, in accordance with organization policy and procedure.· Follow timely vitals and Realtime documentation in HMIS of each patient (P1 – Hourly Basis, P2– 4 Hourly basis).
