Moorehall Lodge Drogheda, is a purpose-built nursing home located in Dublin Road, Co. Louth.
The Staff Nurse duties includes but not limited to:-
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised resident person-centred care plans within an agreed framework, in accordance with best practice, HIQA standards and grounded in recent evidence-based nursing research.
- The successful candidate will provide holistic, person-centred care, promoting optimum independence and enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
- Develop and maintain close links with the residents, family/guardians
