Develop and manage the annual Training Master PlanConduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Skill AssessmentsCoordinate internal and external training programsOrganize training program including venue, materials, instructors, and vendorsMaintain training records and update training systems accuratelyConduct employee orientation programs for new hiresOrganize employee activities such as: Attendance recognition programs,Long service awardsPromote employee engagement and motivationSupport initiatives to strengthen organizational cultureManage time attendance records and prepare data for payroll processingOptional Responsibilities (หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบเสริม)
