Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
Responsible for developing test packages (test programs and hardware) for development, productivity, and quality improvement in GaN products
Able to deep dive technically and debug test program issues to ensure timely deliveries
Develops innovative solutions for high parallel testing, new methodologies to improve coverage and test time, and more efficient program structures
Document and validate test applications to ensure compliance with product specifications and test program release requirements
Ensure timely transfer of engineering, reliability, and production test packages to various testing locations
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
Degree in Electrical/Electronics or any other relevant engineering discipline
5 years of experience in product, yield, and test engineering
Broad knowledge in semiconductor processes, focusing especially in test process
