Responsibilities

MaxLinear is seeking a Staff Engineer SQA to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on the following:

  • Good understanding on WLAN features and have through knowledge on wi-fi Specifications and have worked on wi-fi 7 or latest technologies
  • Knowledge of WLAN protocols
  • Verification of cutting-edge products like multi-gigabit WiFi-6/6E/7 and WiFi Mesh systems
  • Take part in Marketing requirement discussion and to understand feature design and provide inputs on any gaps
  • Wi-Fi Feature test development which includes writing test cases and procedures, documenting test results/logs to assist debugging, analyzing test results to ensure correct functionality
  • Root cause analysis of test failures, develop scripts or methods to help the team do first level of debug for the defects
