The Mission of the Staff Engineer - Software Engineering Experience is to make engineering at ICEYE feel better, flow better, and scale better.
The newly established and growing Engineering Experience team works hands-on with our software and hardware teams to identify real delivery friction, test practical improvements in live contexts, and scale what actually works across the organization.
