Job Description

  • Drive package technology development projects (Technical CAD drawings, 3D models) from concept to production, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution
  • Enable mass market products by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, quality, sales, Marketing, Product development and Ensure all CAD drawings (Electrical / Mechanical/ Thermal) comply with industry standards and company guidelines with successful product launches
  • Develop and implement automation concepts to reduce costs and execution time, improving overall efficiency and productivity
  • Manage and develop vendors, suppliers and team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure growth and success
