Key responsibilities in your new role
Responsible for developing test packages (test programs and hardware) for productivity and quality improvement intelligent power modules
Able to deep dive technically and debug test program issues to ensure timely deliveries.
Develops innovative solutions for high parallel testing, new methodologies to improve coverage and test time, and more efficient program structures.
Document and validate test applications to ensure compliance with product specifications and test program release requirements.
Ensure timely transfer of engineering, reliability and production test packages to various testing locations.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
Bachelor's degree in electrical and Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics or Solid-State Physics.
Demonstrated preferred experience with discrete & power module test systems
