Job Description Summary
Engine Dynamics is a critical domain for aircraft engines as it impacts the entire product life cycle of the engine, starting with conceptual design thru product design/certification, and field support. The main purpose of the engine dynamics team is to develop a rotor dynamically stable engine ensuring safety & reliability while finding an optimal balance between performance, weight & cost. This team is critical to realizing GE Aerospace's noble vision in developing next generation RISE (Revolutionary Innovation for Sustainable Engine) engines.
The main responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, leading a business critical problem or a project team in performing accurate rotordynamic analyses serving internal/external customers, lead/provide inputs towards technology maturation, champion advancement of state of the art in predictive methods, and drive collaboration across multiple teams, organizations & gl...
