  • Build, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to achieve outstanding efficiency and quality.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers and associates in successfully running executing all the KPI's - Production target / Cycle Time/WIP reduction
  • Conduct time and motion studies to determine the guidelines for manufacturing process efficiency
