We are hiring a STAFF BACKEND SOFTWARE ENGINEER to our INTEGRATIONS team in BRAZIL! This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil.

As a Staff Engineer, you will architect and build the integration layer for Wellhub and gym management systems globally. You will collaborate with the team's Tech Lead and Product Manager to assess task feasibility, plan user story assignments, and prioritize technical work and debt. You are also expected to apply a sharp strategic mindset by questioning stakeholders on feature scope and timing, balancing delivery complexity against opportunity cost, and fostering a culture of innovation on your team.
