Staff Accountant

Summary

Reporting to the Senior Accountant, the Staff Accountant will serve as an important member of the Finance Team. This position will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and timely entry of all transactions for the clients. The Staff Accountant will have primary day-to-day responsibility for ensuring timely and accurate financial data and processing accounting transactions with the clients.

Responsibilities

- Prepare journal entries, accrual entries in support of monthly, quarterly, and annual close
- Prepare bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations
- Provide support to Senior Accounting to maintain NetSuite general ledger
- Prepare the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deliverables to comply with clients’ requirements
